Where is my progress saved?

PocketForge stores your save locally on your device. There is no account or cloud save in the current version, so progress does not automatically move between devices.

How do I reset my game?

Use the reset option in the game's settings. Deleting the app or clearing pocketforge.gg site data can also remove progress and may not be reversible.

The game is not loading.

Close and reopen PocketForge first. For the web version, refresh the page and make sure your browser is up to date. If it continues, include your device and app version when you email us.

How do I report a bug?

Email a short description of what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to it. A screenshot is helpful, but please remove personal information before sending it.

Can support restore my save?

No. Your save stays on your device and is not sent to us, so we cannot view or recover a save after it has been removed.
